04.22.24

The Laguna Art Museum is excited to present "Reflections of Resilience," an exhibition available now through August 25, 2024. This showcase features the extraordinary works of the 2024 Master of Fine Art graduates from Laguna College of Art+Design (LCAD), marking the zenith of their educational and artistic pursuits.

It highlights their exceptional dedication, creativity, and distinctiveness. These artists have refined their abilities at LCAD, blending traditional techniques with modern perspectives to create art that is both impactful and memorable.

The exhibition spotlights emerging artists Cara Baxter, Jason Dowd, Amber Foote, Sara Khakpour, Ryanne Phillips, Janaise Sanchez, Eric Theodore, and Kevin Yaun. Their paintings and drawings delve into the dynamic interplay between personal reflection and external realities. "Reflections of Resilience" invites the audience to immerse themselves in a blend of rationality and poetic expression, fostering deep contemplation and engagement with the art.
